each 60-minute session is tailored to your goals.

sessions range from private study of the Alba Emoting Emotional Effector Patterns to artistic coaching drawing on the broad experience of Patricia Angelin.

in-person sessions are available monday-wednesday for $175

virtual private sessions available monday-wednesday at $150

(virtual private sessions can include Seated Qi Gong, Somatic Sensing, and text work)

all levels

each class focuses on connectivity and integration using up to 3 of the Alba Patterns and the Step-Out protocol.

class is purposefully kept at a cap of 5 persons, and every student is working for the entire two hours.

beginners are advised to attend 4 consecutive classes to get a basis of all 6 patterns. Your somatic experience deepens with continuing study.

Practical Body Preparation for Alba Technique

this is a virtual class for any level student. this class will focus on broadening and deepening your understanding and sensing of your own body. this class is an optional preparatory class to learning the Alba Emoting Emotional Effector Patterns.

Seated Qi Gong:

Martial Arts Approach to Emotional Sensing

in these virtual classes, Ms. Angelin will guide you through seated energy exercises. Qi Gong will assist you to understand your body better. You'll ground yourself and expand your knowledge of yourself. These classes are optional preparatory classes to learning the Alba Emoting Emotional Effector Patterns.
