NEWS:

Introducing the Alba Technique Referral System. If you refer a friend to Alba Technique and they sign up for a Weekend Intensive or the Ireland Intensive, you will receive a 30-minute Zoom coaching as a thank you. When they sign up for class, they will fill out a form to tell us your name and we will reach out to you when they have paid their deposit.

Alba Technique is now offering classes in-person and via Zoom. Our in-person intensives and group classes are ongoing. Zoom classes, such as Seated Qi Gong and Somatic Sensing, continue to be offered as well. Privates are still available via Zoom or in-person.
