NEWS:

Alba Technique is now offering classes in-person and via Zoom. Our in-person intensives and group classes have begun again and are ongoing. Zoom classes, such as Seated Qi Gong and Somatic Sensing, continue to be offered as well. Privates are still available via Zoom or in-person.
